Does this trait exist?

Hey there..i'm kinda new in pathfindern but i want to play a halflinge alchemist with my players Group. A friend of a friend told me there would be a halfling trait that makes it possible.to buy every standart item.from.the players book.whereever he is..so.he could buy food and arrows and stuff while being in a dungeon because he "just found the item in his backpacl" ge called it experienced adventurer trait.

I searched in ever rulebook but i couldnt find it

The feat however only allow you to do so once per day and requires a sleight of hand check. It does not require you to buy the item, so you don't pay for it.

I read the entire feat and somehow my brain skipped over that line.
The only thing wrong about my post though is where I state you don't pay for the item. Because you actually do pay for it.

This item cannot weigh more than 10 pounds. When the total remaining cost reaches 0, the chronicler can retrieve no more items until she refills her deep pockets by spending a few hours and an amount of gold to bring her total up to 100 gp per class level.
