Would the Remove Curse spell have a chance to dispel a Baykok's infused arrow paralysis?

No, it's not described as a curse effect.

Drejk is correct. The paralysis effect is indeed not a curse, which is the only thing a "remove curse" spell can remove.
You would however be immune with a freedom of movement spell.
