Damaged Cards

I just ordered Pathfinder Adventure Card Game. I am excited to play. While I was organizing the cards, I found 4 damaged cards. The monster cards Werewolf and Xulgath have a bent and creased corner. I also have an item card Potion of Healing that has a big white spot on it. I also have a Cure spell card with a damaged back. What can I do to get these cards replaced?

I have tried sending emails, but I keep getting a failure notice the next day. It says

Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

<customer.service@paizo.com>:
Message expired for domain paizo.com


That happens to me sometimes, but I can get around it by replying to the various confirmation emails from when I ordered the product and when it was shipped. Might be worth trying that.

Thank you! Not sure why I got those delivery failure noticed. It happened every time I tried emailing. Thanks again for you help.

In your email, you said you didn't have any Xulgath cards available. Does this mean I will get one eventually or am I out of luck?

We don't have any way to track pending replacements for particular cards. I would suggest a bit of glue or tape to try to repair the bottom corner and check back in a month or so to see if we have more of the Xulgath card available at that time.
