What is the a good starting age for Wyvaran?

I am going to be playing as Wyvaran Inquistor and I like to know the it age category that would make him an adult. Should I go off the Kobold age set or bump it up by 5 years as they are part Wyvren and part Kobold?

Well, while creating the Wyvarans book we settled on the following age categories:

Adulthood Intuitive Self-Taught Trained
14 years +1d4 +1d6 +2d6

Middle Age Old Venerable Maximum Age
30 years 45 years 60 years 60 + 2d10 years

Reasoning behind it was that the wyvern part of the wyvarans does help them grow older but not true dragon older.
