The Exchange

This UK Television (no - not Ripper Street) series about police investigating nasty crimes in the Whitechapel area is truly messed up.

Spoiler:
Season four they are truly having a bad day. They all exhibit signs of psychotic behavior. One detective is Paranoid about a little old lady (V. Ivor) who has a habit of whispering nasty in your ear that pushes you over the edge. And suddenly it isn't just the entire police unit she has been doing this to - its all the killers who were spoken to about the bad things by some unknown person - just before they go crazy. She has been caught on hidden camera inside the police station - and behold she has apparently been driving large iron spikes (look like old railroad spikes) into water pipes causing water leaks and electrical failures into the investigation-team's offices below.
The Chief investigator has visited a psychic - who gives him a message from his dad. He doesn't read it (he's not going to put up with 'psychic rubbish') until the end. Having blown open a doomsday cult living in the sewers (and possibly eating folk) he bundles them all in the same police van and sends them on their way to the station. On a nasty bit of city road a certain little old lady steps in front of the police van causing the driver to swerve into a truck filled with gas bottles.
Just as the fireball is seen above the city skyline the head investigator cracks the psychic's message from his dad open - It reads 'Don't put them all in the Same Van'.

I killed myself laughing...
