I see 2 new FAQ entries. 1 of them seems an error?
Duelist--Canny Defense: Is this ability limited by my armor's maximum Dexterity?
A duelist adds her Int bonus to her AC (not to her Dex bonus to AC). She loses that Int-based AC bonus under any situation where she's denied her Dex bonus to AC.
Her Int-based bonus to AC ignores the max Dex limitation of armor because the Int-based bonus to AC is not a Dex bonus.
(This Int bonus to AC applies to the character's touch AC.)—Pathfinder Design Team, 03/01/13
Duelist--Canny Defense: Does the canny defense ability add to the duelist's CMD?
As of the 6th printing of the Core Rulebook, the canny defense ability grants a dodge bonus to AC, which does improve the duelist's CMD.
(Previous to the 6th printing, the canny defense bonus was not one of the types of bonuses listed in the CMD rules, and therefore did not add to CMD.)
Update 8/26/13: Changed to reflect the revised text of this ability in the 6th printing.

From my perspective it looks like both of these entries are trying to say the same thing(roughly- the first is AC, the second CMD), but the first one misstates how the ability actually works.
From the updated PRD
When wearing light or no armor and not using a shield, a duelist adds 1 point of Intelligence bonus (if any) per duelist class level as a dodge bonus to her Armor Class while wielding a melee weapon. If a duelist is caught flat-footed or otherwise denied her Dexterity bonus, she also loses this bonus.
I see no indication here that the ability modifies how base AC is calculated (ie using Dex), only that the bonus granted from int is now explicitly dodge. (yay)
If the FAQ entry is correct, I feel it significantly alters the viability of most duelist builds as they don't also start using Int to calculate Attack Bonus. The classes best geared to enter this prestige are fairly Dex based, and while Int is not an unreasonable stat to buff, you're typically looking at 8 levels(rogue/bard) before entry (made harder with a low dex).
So what's correct? (How will PFS be playing?)

Yeah, even after reading it a dozen times, I still missed that :o
I still think it's worded strangely (because you only add your full int bonus if your duelist level is equal or greater)
Also, I'll take a guess that the author didn't know that it would be updated specifically to a dodge bonus (instead of untyped), which would explain why that's not mentioned until 2 weeks later.
Thanks for curing my blindness.
