Would Disruptive Spell combined with Acid Arrow cause additional saves with the follow up damage?
Also, though the spell doesn't have a saving throw Disruptive uses whatever the spell's level is for the saving throw (can't find a link for it but it's detailed under the magic section of the CRB).
1. Probably not. The designers have weighed in on many subjects involving doubling up a metamagic effect on the same target (such as toppling magic missile with all missiles pointing at the same enemy) and they invariably respond with "no, it only works once per spell".
2. I don't know of a specific rule, but given the options it would make the most sense to use the standard save DC that the spell would have if it had a saving throw. But if there's a specific rule to the contrary, use that.

Disruptive Spell (Metamagic)
Your magical energies cling to enemies, interfering with their spellcasting.
Benefit: Targets affected by a disruptive spell must make concentration checks when using spells or spell-like abilities (DC equals the save DC of the disruptive spell plus the level of the spell being cast) for 1 round. Targets that avoid the spell’s effects avoid this feat’s effect as well.
Level Increase: +1 (a disruptive spell uses up a spell slot one level higher than the spell’s actual level.)

I understand this but what about spells with ongoing effects such as Acid Arrow, Frost Fall, ect. This is for my PFS character so per RAW is a creature considered affected by a spell once or if, say with the Frost Fall spell, a creature stays in the AoE and continually takes damage are they then continually affected?
