Two Misprint Items

Hi.

I'm a store owner buying through ACD. I have two misprinted items that (I believe) I'm supposed to go to you with. At least, that's what they've told me in the past.

1 - Towns of the Inner Sea: the title page/page2 was folded after printing and got bound into the main binding in such a way that it cannot be read (and it was subsequently mis-cut upon trimming, of course).

2 - Bestiary 1 Box Pawn Collection - one of the cutout sheets was offset from the cutouts (so only the upper half of the creatures appear on the tokens).

Do I return these items to them to return to you? Or can we trade?
