So, I have this player who wants to create a new race with 8 racial HD. There doesn't seem to be anything in the New Race Creation section of the OGC so I don't know how many Race Points I should charge him especially since he would be getting new feats and skill points as well. Not to mention the fact that I'm not sure how to balance encounters out with him in the party as I don't think Pathfinder uses a Level Adjustment system.
Any suggestions?
