I purchased the Jade Oath Print/PDF bundle in this order, along with another item which I put into my sidecart. I've downloaded the PDF without any issues, and the other book is where it's supposed to be but it's looking as if the physical book for Jade Oath has gone into limbo. I didn't get asked whether I wanted immediate shipping or to put it into my sidecart, the order itself is listed as 'pending', but the actual book status within the order is missing, and the order information also says nothing about being billed for shipping.
Can someone please check to make sure everything's OK, and if it isn't, please just put the book into my sidecart.

I've put it into your sidecart. This may mean it will ship when we process comics subscriptions, or depending on how processing comics ends up going along with your subscription shipping settings, it may wait until December's Paizo shipment. I'll be updating the November New Releases when we know more.
