Place your order button greyed out

Hi,

I was trying to place an order, double checked all data (shipment, items available, credit card data correct) but the Place your order button is greyed out so I can finish it. Can you please look into this?

Same thing happened for me. I tried to place a huge order with the sale today for me and my brother, and I've been trying for 3 hours to get it to work.

It keeps making me re-log in and re-enter my payment information. Ultimately, the "Place Your Order" button is greyed out.

By now I assume half the stuff in my order is sold out.


At first it wasn't determining my shipping information. That's working now, but now I have this problem, "Place your order" is greyed out.


Renesis in another thread made a comment about bundles being bugged, so I replaced my module bundles with individual parts and the button was no longer grayed out. Shipping cost went up a few dollars though.


I had two bundles in my order. I removed both of them and replaced them with the items in each. Unfortunately this didn't resolve the 'greyed out' issue during checkout :(

I guess I'll just have to be patient while Paizo resolves the issue.

Folks,

We're working on these issues—basically, we've got a very high volume of people placing orders that individually contain dozens of items, and the part of the system that works to figure out the most efficient ways to ship things is getting overwhelmed. Until we solve this, you may find that our system is more responsive if you place a few smaller orders—say, no more than a dozen items—instead of one big one.

We'll post updates in this thread—I'm going to lock this one, so the discussion can stay in one place.
