Any of the Pathfinder Campaign Setting books are the next direction to go if you want to learn more about the world setting. We haven't released any other hardcover books that cover the world of Golarion.

i saw my dm with a Pathfinder campaign setting book in hard cover i'm not sure if that covers more. People keep throwing gods they worships as ones i can't find in the inner sea world guild which is strange to me

A number of different gods appear in Gods & Magic, which is being updated with the Inner Sea Gods Hardcover. The Pathfinder Chronicles Campaign Setting was an earlier hardcover release, but the information in there was updated in the Inner Sea World Guide. (There's also the Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition hardcover, but that is an adventure campaign, not necessarily campaign setting material, though it does have that too.)

Additionally, while they aren't hardcovers, there are a few more books about different parts of the campaign setting. The Dragon Empires Gazetteer covers Tian Xia, or "fantasy Asia". Distant Worlds briefly touches on each of the other planets in Golarion's star system, and The Great Beyond is the book on the planes.

To play Rise of The Runelords, if you have The Anniversary Edition, all you need is players and the Core Rulebook.
You can get more 'fluff' background material from The Inner Sea World Guide and The Varisia, Birthplace of Legends, Campaign Booklet; but none of that is needed.
Now if you have one of the 6 Rise of The Runelords Books white covered 3.5 versions...It might help for us to know which ones you have....
You'll need 'Burnt Offerings' to start.
