Building an arcane trickster

Advice

So, after a long time of thinking about it I've finally decided to build & try to optimize an arcane trickster. I'm thinking a sexy (male or female) ninja/sorcerer/arcane trickster, that likes seducing & messing wiht people. As for the race, I see these options:

-Vishkanya, Kistune, Catfolk, Halfling, Drow or Tiefling (Div-Spawn). All of them work thematically & mechanically.

Abilities (25 points, without racial modifiers)
Str 12 Dex 15 Con 14 Int 12 Wis 12 Cha 17

So what am I looking for? A few things:

Best skills to maximize: I'm thinking stealth, sleight of hand, bluff & diplomacy, and perception. I'm looking for ideas, but the fact I'm not int-based reduces my useful skills.

Sorcerer levels: The shadow bloodline seems obvious, but i'm looking for other options. Maybe tattooed sorcerer, for the tattoo familiar? In the end, I'm only taking 2 levels, so most powers will be wasted.

I think the BAB might be too low for this to work well. I could concentrate on sniping, but the feat cost is too intense. Mybe rays & touch spells?

Any ideas/tips? I'm looking for any ideas.

The sage bloodline lets you use your int as a sorcerer caster ability rather than cha which syncs nicely with arcane trickster. Addiontally, the arcane bolt is nice for sneak attacks.

So play a Tiefling, Ninja 3 for 2d6 sneak attack prereq, Sorcerer 1, then you can use your 2nd level spell-like ability (Darkness) to quality as being able to cast at least 1 arcane spell of 2nd level or higher, make sure you pick up Mage hand, and then Arcane Trickster at level 5! Yes - it works like this. Now you've quite nearly got the sneak attack of a pure Ninja and aren't missing out an any extra caster levels either.

Alternately - take Rogue instead of Ninja. You can still take Ninja talents remember, as many as you want, however instead of a non-scaling Ki pool (since you're not actually being more Ninja levels for a while) you get Evasion. Plus you can take a lot of various archetypes if you want. My 2 copper pieces.
