Question about multiple Acid Arrows and Resistance.

If you have Acid resistance 5 and You get hit by two Acid arrows, does the acid damage on following rounds both get the resistance applied?

Example:

Round one - Hit by Acid Arrow(1), 2d4 acid damage, apply resistance.
Round two - Hit by Acid Arrow(2), 2d4 acid damage, apply resistance, Acid Arrow (1) does damage, apply resistance.
Round three - Hit by Acid Arrow(3), 2d4 acid damage, apply resistance. Now does the acid from 1 & 2 stack with one resistance since they are going off simultaneously? or do you still apply to twice?

They are going of simultaneously but they are from different sources so resistance applies to each.
