I understand there was an issue with my payment method, which I have corrected by changing it. But I am curious as to when my order will be shipped or my card charged.

We've had some shipping issues the last few weeks and while it is in the shipping queue and good to go, it is pending with a large number of other orders. Our warehouse is shipping as fast as possible and hopefully it will ship out within the next few days.
