So the DM just gave me permission to have a Harrow Deck as my bonded item for a Half-Elf Bonded Witch.
I'm curious as to what spells this should contain.
He said throw something together and he'll approve or send me back to the drawing board.

Then its about what theme a deck of cards should follow. I would say that patterns, diviniation and any random effect or luck based spell should be suitable.
I like prismatic spray as a later spell
Hypnotic pattern is a good fit
Rainbow pattern
Scintillating pattern
Borrow fortune
Debilitating portent
Jolting portent
Prediction of failure
Confusion
Divination
Vision
False vision
Any locate spell
Curse and major curse
True seeing
Find the path
Cloak of dreams
Moment of presience
Foresight
All of those feel like they could fit to me
Bonded Item (Sp): At 1st level, a bonded witch gains a bonded item instead of a familiar. This bonded item is similar to a wizard's arcane bond bonded item, and follows all the rules of such an item with the following exceptions... blah blah blah
Harrow Deck: 2nd—Detect Chaos/Evil/Good/Law; 4th—Hypnotic pattern; 6th—Borrow fortune; 8th—Rainbow pattern; 10th—False vision; 12th—True seeing; 14th—prismatic spray; 16th—Prediction of failure; 18th—Foresight.
4th level spell is pretty 'meh'
3rd level should be Harrowing, but the casting time didn't seem to fit right...
6th level seems like Find the Path would fit better theme wise, but what do you think
7th level, I'm not a fan at all right now...
9th level, tolerable... but underwhelming.
I'd suggest either divination spells or spells with the [curse] descriptor as being appropriate for a witch with a bonded harrow deck.
Oh, and you should definitely use Harrowing as the 3rd level spell. Yes, it takes 10 minutes to cast, but it's a Harrow Deck!
If you go to the pathfinder srd they have an advanced spell search function: Advanced Spell Search
You can perform two searches: one with divination spells selected (and then sort by Lvl*/Name), then another with the [curse] descriptor.

I decide to look into the divination spells, it's kind of sad there's only ONE level 9 spell. (IE foresight)
