Hello, I am inquiring about the state of this order. I was notified on the 14th of october that it would be leaving soon, but has still not shipped.

The reason, i ask is my Credit card will be expiring soon and I do not have the replacement yet.

We had some pretty big shipping issues this month that delayed the start of shipping for new releases. Our warehouse is working as fast as they can to catch up and it looks like your order shipped out earlier today.

Ahh k, Thank you. I just wanted to avoid a 'you cant pay' issue because the credit card company had not shipped the new one.
