What happened to my pawns subscription?

Hello customer service,
I just realized that my subscription for Pathfinder Pawns has disappeared and so I haven't received any pawns since the NPC Codex Box. Specifically, I've missed the Shattered Star, Bestiary 2, and Reign of Winter pawn sets. Any chance my subscription can be reinstated? I did not cancel it (at least, not intentionally).

Looking through your order history, NPC Codex Pawns was a preorder placed on 07/24/12 originally on order 2155201. I can not find a Pawns subscription for you, cancelled or active.
