Hi,

I was wondering whether I could get a rough estimate on the shipping date for that order. I am aware that I delayed it by adding items last minute. But with the relatively high volume even a relatively vague idea about the shipping date would help me greatly to manage my bank account.

A few items that were added to your order have not yet been received at our warehouse for sending to you:

RPR09051 Master Series Paints: New Gold Metallic 1/2 oz.
RPR09054 Master Series Paints: Polished Silver Metallic 1/2 oz.

These items were submitted to your order on October 24th, with their estimated fulfillment time being 7-16 business days. It is currently the 5th business day since those items were added to your order.

If you would like, we can move these items into either a separate order for shipping as soon as possible, or place them in your sidecart for your next subscription shipment. Just let us know what you would prefer, otherwise this order will remain pending until our warehouse has received these items from our supplier.

Hi Justin,

thank you so much, this information helps. I added stuff so erratically that I lost track of what I added when and all of the items had different expected waiting times.

I don't mind waiting, just needed an estimate to make sure there is enough credit on the card when items get shipped. No further action necessary.

Unfortunately since the paints are coming in from our distributor we don't have a good estimate for when they will come in. Hopefully within the next week (by Friday). If you'd like we can move the paints to a separate order and we can get the battles minis and rest of the order shipped as soon as possible.

Since those two paints delay everything that much please move them to the next subscription shipment if possible.

Just got my shipping email.

2 Questions:

The two paints currently don't show up in my order history anymore. Is that normal?

The shipping email states that an encounter pack code has been applied even though there is no encounter pack included in the order. Have I lost that code now? (Edit: Don't mind this one, it says added to the account, not the order - if only I could read...)

The paints are in your Sidecart and should show up if you look at either you My Account page (and scroll down to the lower right to the Sidecart box) or on your My Subscriptions page.

The email is letting you know the Encounter Code has been placed on your account. It is ready for you to use when you need it. You can also find this code on your My Subscriptions page.
