"Wheep" Conversion to Pathfinder RPG?

Hiya,
Has anyone converted the DDO concept of the Wheep to Pathfinder RPG?
I'm wondering if anyone has a few minutes to stat this up for use at my table?

Also, if something like this already exists in the Bestiaries, please let me know what it is called.

Is there no creature like this one in print for the Pathfinder or D&D game? Was this solely for DDO? Anyone,... anyone... ?

There was a "wheep" in the 3.5 edition Libris Mortis. Not sure how similar that is, but it could very easily be converted to Pathfinder.
