So I have this level 6 paladin, right, who doesn't have a schtick. To top it off, her "best" item is the cold iron Gnome Hooked Hammer (GHH); nothing she carries is magical, and her armor isn't even masterwork. She's bought other things instead, and I'm happy with her choices. She got stuck playing down/out of subtier a lot, too, but I'm not happy about that aspect.
I'm looking to buy, gradually, a better main weapon for her, so I'm tinkering around with a new GHH. I'm not looking for an optimal weapon, but I am. I guess I'm looking for a thematically optimal GHH.
Right now it's looking like the piercing end should be mithral with the glorious enchantment to take advantage of the rare crit-hit and the x4 modifier and the dazzling/blinded effect.
The other end wants the disruption enchantment, but I can't decide whether I want it made from cold iron or from adamantine.
On one level, I like the demon/devil/undead killer, but on the other end, far more things have adamantine as the DR bypass than they do cold iron.
For practicality I want adamantine, for weapon and character theme I want cold iron. Is there a facet or important detail I'm overlooking in this, or should I just flip a coin?
Also, I'm not interested in a weapon other than the GHH as I already burned the feat for TWF. Yep, TWF and power attack because she's super optimized and a Gnome.

I would probably pay for making both ends corrosive. If I had more money I would put in the bludgeoning end the shock ability too. I would use the weapon bond for enchantment bonuses and eventually cast on my GHH greater magic weapon. For a +2 enchantment bonus, Holy is a better deal. You will not have big critical range anyway.
