It's subscription time, which means that there are literally thousands of shipments going through the warehouse right now, which unfortunately has a knock-on effect regarding orders. They haven't forgotten you, I'm sure.

Paizo's shipping system had some glitches this month that put them behind schedule. Pretty much everyone's order is pending, which means that they've started the shipping process for the month but haven't finished it yet. It's scheduled to take two weeks to get everything out the door, and several Customer Service people have been in the warehouse boxing product rather than answering phones or e-mails the last few days.
That said, right now it's the weekend, and they won't be in the office again until Monday morning, so you shouldn't expect anyone to able to get back to you about your specific order until then.
There's a sticky thread in the customer service forum about the issues they've been experiencing to keep everyone up to date. It's always worthwhile checking up there to see if anything unusual is going on. Ultimately, you were just unfortunate enough to place a regular order when they were in the middle of their monthly shipping rush; things usually ship more quickly when they're not also shipping subscriptions. (I placed an order a few weeks ago that shipped the next day because they weren't handling subscriptions, but my current subscription order has been pending at least a week now.)
