Quick questions about the Defender of Nerosyan boon from the season 5 special, Siege of the Diamond City:
It reduces the cost of a prestige award by 2-4 (depending on the impressiveness of your victory) while around a city of 5000 or more in Mendev or the Worldwound. Does it allow for the purchase of free Prestige Awards? For example getting a 2PP= 750 gp purchase? Is it once per scenario? One time only? Does it reduce the cost of vanities?

The Siege of Diamond City boon only works outside of a settlement of 5000 people in the nation of Mendev or the Worldwound, so it would only offset part of the 5 PP cost increase of the purchase.

I was looking at this boon myself recently. It begs the question: What exactly is it good for? Some clarification would be very helpful. I've already played this and I'm running it next month and I expect that I'll likely be asked about this at the table.

Sometimes, you need that new wand of CLW that you forgot to buy at home in the middle of the field of battle.
Sometimes, you would like a raise dead, but you are up in the middle of the Storval Stairs and can't leave to go back to town.
Usually, either of those would cost you an extra 5PP to get when not in a city. This boon helps with those costs.
