He fights using a Sap dealing non-leathal damage. Combine Weapon Snatcher with Slow Reflexes to deny your opponent the AoO. Other than that, Intimidate every time you strike and sneak attack while flanking or when they are flat-footed from Shatter defences. Sap Adept and Sap Master help increase your damage, Offensive Defence gives you good AC. You must have a hand free for the steal combat maneuver, so you might as well dip 1 lvl MoMS for the Crane Style feat tree. Throw a lot of attacks of opportunity with Crane Riposte and Opportunist and damage their Strenght with Crippling Strike. Make your Sap Agile ASAP.
