So I am looking at the Aasimar and thinking that I might be able to make something deadly with it.
Basic functions:
Aasimar trait: Scion of Humanity.
Dragonmaw: 1d4 bite attack (small) readjust to 1d6 for bite (medium)
Talons: 2 1d4 talons
Feats:
(1st) Racial Heritage: Kobold
(3rd) Tail Terror (Medium secondary tail-slap)
(5th) Angelic Blood
(7th) Angelic Flesh: Silver
(9th) Power Attack
(11th)Angel Wings
(13th)Metalic Wings (Medium secondary wing attacks)
(15th)Multi-attack
Items:
Cloak, Wyvern (1 (Primary)Sting 1d6+str) (Unaffordable with NPC money, +1 to CR to give PC gold if you want).
Amulet of Mighty Fists (elemental enchants)
Attacks:
1 (Primary)Bite 1d6+str
1 (Primary)Sting 1d6+str
2 (Primary)talons 1d4+str
2 (Secondary)wings 1d4+1/2(str)
1 (Secondary)tail slap 1d4+1/2(str)
Options for builds:
15 Warrior (CR 13)
15 Expert (CR 13)
15 Aristocrat (CR 13)
15 adept (CR 13): Potentially dangerous, but not likely.
15 commoner (CR 13): Weakest of the weak/fodder.
15 Fighter (CR 14): Potentially the 2nd most dangerous due to lots of attacks, SAD, Full Plate, and all defense items.
15 Ninja (CR 14): Potentially very deadly with a reliable 42d6 per full attack from sneak attack in conjunction with the improved invisibility ninja-trick.
15 Dragon Disciple (CR 14) Potentially dangerous switch hitter, although the use of Form of the Dragon would just be more effective than specing into having a bunch of natural attacks in normal form.
15 Cleric (CR 14): hellaciously dangerous due to potential sustain.
15 Barbarian (CR 14): dangerous for obvious reasons.
15 (anti-)Paladin (CR 14): Can you say flat out kill people?
15 Summoner (CR 14): Deadly, but not insanely so due to shared equipment slots. More possibilities.
Overall this seems less dangerous than the dual-light xbow summoner/eidolon build that focuses on brilliance weapons and killing people. Overall the (Not)suicide bomber who is immune to fire but detonates all the fireballs in a necklace of Fireballs when at point-blank with the heroes is far more dangerous.
But--I'm going for general theme/flare here with the above. Monsters of the same CR would be FAR more effective, save for the Ninja, which would slaughter the party without really trying.

how are you getting the claw and bite attacks?
it looks like you took the Dragonmaw alternate racial feature for kobolds... Racial Heritage does not qualify you for that. talons, i'm guessing, are from the aasimar variant chart- i suppose that would fly. there are probably easier ways to put that together though. i guess if you want it to be a 'racial' feature of a whole clan (that level in different classes) your plan would be fine...
you could also mix-and-match these other approaches:
alchemists- feral mutagen
barbarians- animal fury and the beast totem tree
druids- totem transformation (from the animal shaman archetypes)
fighters- viking archetype, animal fury and beast totem
rangers- shapeshifter archetype, aspect of the beast (claws only, unfortunately); wild stalker archetype, animal fury and beast totem
summoner- synthesist archetype, tons of natural attacks
sorcerer- multiclass with a melee class, head straight for dragon disciple
any class- eldritch heritage feat for abyssal or draconic bloodlines
