Judgement works on all attacks you do, however bane will only work on one weapon at a time. Looks like Bane only affects one weapon your wielding however, not keen on how that works with natural attacks but if it only works on one you might consider taking double bane. Not keen on how two weapon fighting works with natural attacks either, but you may consider asking your DM if you can use claw blades so you can use them as manufactured weapons which are less complicated, can be enhanced individually, use special materials, and are just plain awesome.
