OR
c. ask your VC to correct it.

If you can get in touch with the event coordinator who ran the event, they can correct it. If you don't know who they are, drop an email to your local venture officer and they can either get in touch with the event coordinator (or correct it themselves, I think they can do that.)

Make sure to include the event number and date (makes it easier to track down), the scenario you played, the incorrect character number and the correct character number and faction. Make sure to give them the entire number. (The event number is down in the GM's gray area at the bottom of your sheet between the event name and the date.)

Hello coordinator,

Thanks for running the game day at FLGS last Saturday, the 12th, I had a great time. It looks like my character was misreported, though. For event 34208 I played Mists of Mwangi with character 123456-7, "James B. Beam" of the Andoran faction, but it was reported as character 123456-1, "Jack Daniels" of the Taldor faction.

Thank you,

SIRHITMANHEART

You can find contact information for your local Venture Officer here.

I allotted my DM credit to the wrong character but when i changed it it would not change the character's name on the recoed. Anyone know how I can make this right?

If it's important for your info to be 100% correct, the only solution I know of is to delete that session and enter the info again from scratch.

Don't worry about the name on the GM credit? It really isn't a big deal, and it will still show up on the correct PC if you put the correct number in, albeit with the incorrect name. I think most of us sometimes type the wrong PC first, its not a big deal.
