I need Help

I'm new player and i have no clue how to buy and what is needed and useful for me, so i need help in that field.

Let me give some intro: I play this sort of Monk sort of concept. It is based on panther and snake style. To add on, my campagin starts with lvl 4 and i have 3825 gold to spend on equipment, but my problem is that i dont know what to buy.

A wand of mage armor, for others to use on you.

A way to overcome DR/Silver, DR/Slashing, DR/Piercing, DR/Cold iron (can do multiples at once), and oil of magic weapon and oil of align weapon, so fill in the really difficult DR.

A potion of fly and invisibility, in case it doesn't work out.

A ring of Protection +1.

Feather Step slippers (Ultimate Equipment)

MW dark cloak, +2 to stealth (a MW tool)

A way to see. Everburning torch or sunrods or something.
