Raging Vitality would be a good feat to pick up for surviving. That and Power Attack are the only feats I consider necessary for a barbarian. Superstition is a good rage power and if you take the human favored class bonus from ARG it is even better. You may want to look at the Invulnerable Rager archetype.

your damage is already gonna be huge- 32 str raging is +11 to hit/damage (or +16 damage with a 2hander), you should be using natural attacks at this point so you're looking at 3 attacks at +13 for 1d8+11, and 1d6+11 twice... that's insane at 4th level. you will be shorter on suvivability though, since you're lacking 2 HD. if your party has a healer consider fey foundling for one feat and the lesser celestial totem (particularly if you're a metallic dragon)- those two together will supercharge healing on you enough to grant a lot of survivability (at least while he's casting/channeling); if you don't have a healer (or don't want to rely on one), maybe think about toughness and raging vitality to make up for the missing HD (and then if you really want to stretch your damage, take lesser fiend totem for a 4th natural attack- there's some debate about being able to use a bite and gore together, but gargoyles do it so the answer seems to be that its ok)
