I think Jeff Kosky has retired. Current contacts are listed at http://paizo.com/organizedplay/coordinators and there is no listing for Wilmington there. The Flat Rolling Surfaces Map set up by Big Norse Wolf shows the nearest location to Wilmington is in Fayetteville.
