"Scratch and Dent" PDFs?!!!

Customer Service

I just accidentally ordered a PDF, thinking it was a hardback. Sure, I should have read the description more closely, but I was in a rush, and assumed that if it's in the Scratch and Dent category, it was an item that could be scratched or dented!

Hopefully, I'll get my money back (I've contacted customer service), but I thought a word of warning to the rest of you might prevent others from making that mistake.

And Paizo, please avoid placing PDFs in Scratch and Dent!

Not meaning to make fun of your situation, and hoping that you get it sorted satisfactorily... but I can't help thinking of a PDF file that gives errors and missing blocks of text every few pages.

I've addressed the email you sent us regarding this as well Rimethorn, you should be good to go. :)

Thanks for the quick response Erik.

I dented a pdf once. It worked okay, but it got hard to scroll past the dent. I'd have to jiggle the scroll bar a little bit in that spot.
