Checkout process for subscription is broken! Can't buy!

I've tried Firefox and Chromium, neither can get passed a page when buying a subscription that alerts you that the promo cards are not available, and thus have been removed from your cart. If you click, Continue Checkout, you end up back on the alert page...again...and again.

It doesn't matter if you start with Adventure Deck 2 or 3. It is not currently possible to complete the checkout process for a new subscription.

ITs the reason I have decided not to subscribe to the Cards....yet.

Of course can't get the base set as a subscriber any more though.


I get a message that says the promo cards have been removed from the shopping cart when I try to buy a subscription to the card aventure game. Are they available? They would be my only incentive.

Yes, it's a known bug. It tells everyone that you won't get the promo card, but then you end up getting it anyway. Email customer service to be safe, though.

We've been having some issues with setting up the Adventure Card Game subscription with the promo cards. Its a brand new subscription model for us and our existing code base is having some trouble a few of these details. Subscribers will get promo cards with a subscription. If you do not, please let customer.service@paizo.com know.

Customers who started with the base set + character add on deck bundle or who contacted us to start with character add on deck should receive these.

Blessing of Zarongel:
Customers who start with Skinsaw Murders Adventure Deck or who already had a subscription starting with the base set/character add on deck should receive this card.

Because there is so much confusion going around about these promo cards and how to start a subscription, as well as some issues we had with going through the store's check out: if you would like to start your subscription with the RotRL Base Set + Character Add-On deck OR the character add on deck alone start your subscription with Skinsaw Murders Adventure deck and then email customer.service@paizo.com with a request for us to manually add the option you would like to start with (bundle or character add on deck) and we will add that and the Poog/Fire Sneeze Promos to your subscription. This offer to start with the previous items stands until October 31st and is only for this instance of the Adventure Card Game subscription.
