Defending Weapon and Litany of Defense

Defending weapon can allocate your enchantment bonus to your AC (it specifically says it stacks with all others).
Litany doubles enchantment bonuses to AC.
If i have +3 weapon and +3 armor, i can make my enchantment bonus to AC +6.
Then double it for +12.
Correct?
