Power Attack + Monster Entry

Hello fellow D&D players. I wanted to ask if the monsters that have Power Attack already have their attack information factored in when using the feat, or do I need to go in and factor all of that information up?

You need to factor it in. Generally speaking the beastiary entries do not include buffs or active use of powers and will tell you when they do so.

In modules though monsters will have more detailes entries regarding things like power attack. As a final note you can check the answer to your question yourself. Figuring out why monsters have the stats they have is a good way to understand the game better.
