Dhampir Necromancer as a villan

Advice

The group I run has recently killed a vampire. Brainstorming for the next game besides the group setting up a kingdom and continuing the main plot, I had a an idea the vampire had a child with a mortal his son (see title of post) seeks vengeance either for killing his father.

My first inclination is to make the dhampir a cleric using a skeletal white dragon to do the main part of the battle. Their character level is 9 but I would rate it around 11 from an in game windfall.

What kind of ideas would could you lend for this type of scenario?

Did you see the Cruoromancer archetype in the Advanced Race Guide? It's adds some cool fluff to a dhamphir necromancer that could be fun.

I like that, I can afford to beef it up a bit the group has a paladin in it.

The thought crossed my mind while I am working, I could give the dhampir a mythic tier instead of having the class level be higher or the same as the party.

I bought the pdf for Mythic Adventures but I haven't used it yet. Anyone who's used a mythic tier on a bad guy yet? Maybe offer a little feed back?

Also check the PrC Agent of the Grave

A bones or juju Oracle can enter it by 7th lvl.
