Okay so this build is for PFS. My theory behind this is that my enemy should be my friend. Now it isnt as Enchanter focused as some but I think it does well.
So here goes nothing. Any help is appreciated!
Agathion-Blooded Aasimar
-Summon Nature Ally II (2nd level Divine)
Lawful Neutral
STR 10
Dex 12
Con 16
Int 12
Wis 8
Cha 19
Feats:
Persistent Spell, Extra Revelation, Spell Focus-Enchantment, Greater Spell Focus, FEAT?, FEAT?
Trait:
Magical Lineage: Charm Person (I will prolly retrain this at higher levels)
Wayang Spell Hunter: Charm Person
1. Oracle -Lore Dual Cursed Legalese/Lame
-Sidestep Secret
2. Sorceror -Crossblooded Serpentine/Oni
3. Sorceror
4. Sorceror Oni -Alter Self (2nd level Arcane)
5. Mystic Theurge
6. Diabolist (For imp)
7. Diabolist
8. Mystic Theurge
9. Mystic Theurge
10. Mystic Theurge
11. Mystic Theurge
12. Mystic Theurge
Key Magic items:
-Thanatopic metamagic rod
-Pages of Spell knowledge -Blistering incentive, curse of disgust, frost fall
Spell list:
Work in progress.
Cool ideas:
-Page of Spell Knowledge -Blistering invective. First off the pages make the loss from crossblooded painless. Second this spell is amazing. Add the Oni bonus ability plus the high intimidate I will have it just rocks.
-Love the imp. Easily worth losing a spell caster level from oracle.
-
Things I am questioning:
- Dual Cursed (lame) -is losing 10ft movement and a feat worth what Misfortune gives me? I am iffy on this.
- 2nd level of diabolist. Theurgy could do same if I hadnt dumped Wisdom. Only reason taking is for hellfire as at higher levels I am expecting to see a lot of demons.
-What feats to take.
-Ways to get my enchantment dc higher.

Any criticism or advice would be greatly appreciated!
Ok. The Diabolist prestige class is one of the few prestige classes out there where the RP requirement is in fact not entirely handwaved PFS-wise. So you would not be capable to enter it this early. That being said I think the prestige class would fit perfectly with this character.
Another thing. You cannot retrain traits at the moment, so you would be stuck with the Charm Person Magical Linage trait.
Since you are going Dualblooded with the sorcerer side I suggest you take a look at the Undead bloodline. In PFS you are most likely going to be facing a decent amount of undeads.

I'm not sure exactly which parts of this you're willing to give up, but here's my take on a little bit of it.
- Web (2nd level arcane)
Lawful Neutral
STR 9
Dex 12
Con 16
Int 12
Wis 10
Cha 18
Feats:
Persistent Spell, Extra Revelation, Spell Focus-Enchantment, Greater Spell Focus, FEAT?, FEAT?
Trait:
Magical Knack: Cleric/Oracle. (keep those caster level's up for your off class, don't want it falling too far behind.
Wayang Spell Hunter: Charm Person
1. Cleric - Fate Inquisition (2nd level divine), other domain or inquisition of your choosing, I'm fond of Trickery for dip levels.
2. Sorceror -Crossblooded Serpentine/Infernal (Infernal provides a +2 bonus to the DC of any spells from the Charm subschool that you cast, which will likely be many of them as you're aiming to be an enchanter)
3. Oracle - Legalese, Lore Mystery, Side Step Secret (Charisma to AC, hooray. Considering that you don't gain additional revelations when advancing through prestige classes, Dual Cursed Oracle sounds like a lot of things to overcome. I like the flavor of Legalese, and this way you have a choice of progressing oracle or cleric with your theurge bonus caster levels.)
4. Mystic Theurge
5. Mystic Theurge
6. Diabolist (For imp)
7. Diabolist
8. Mystic Theurge
9. Mystic Theurge
10. Mystic Theurge
11. Mystic Theurge
12. Mystic Theurge
This way, your DC's for all sorcerer spells will be treated as though your charisma is 20, and as though it's 22 if they're charm spells. You'll also get into higher spell slots a little earlier by stepping into mystic theurge earlier. Might not be what you're looking for, though.

Angry Wiggles: love your build. Which one would you advance with MT? Cleric or Oracle?
Also with Cleric you could take the harm version of variant channeling -Contracts for another -1 to saves vs charm/enchantments.
The only bad thing is you dont get a +1 Bab until 5th level so no drawing of items until then!

That depends on how narrowly you want to focus the build. I'd probably advance Cleric for buffing, and healing in the battles where enchantment isn't that useful. You might also consider the Evangelist Archetype. You get Inspire Courage to help out in low levels or when you don't have much else to contribute, and you can pick up the Spellsong feat to burn rounds of performance to disguise casting so they don't know they're being enchanted.

Kyton-Blooded Tiefling
- Web (2nd level arcane)
Lawful Neutral
STR 7
Dex 10
Con 16
Int 12
Wis 13
Cha 18
Feats:
Persistent Spell, Theurgy, Spell Focus-Enchantment, Greater Spell Focus, FEAT?, FEAT?
Trait:
Magical Knack: Sorceror
Wayang Spell Hunter: Charm Person or Dark Magic Affinity (making all damage spells at +1 castor level due to hellfire)
1. Cleric - Trickery Domain/Law Domain
4. Mystic Theurge
5. Mystic Theurge
6. Diabolist (For imp)
7. Diabolist (For Hellfire)
8. Mystic Theurge
9. Mystic Theurge
10. Mystic Theurge
11. Mystic Theurge
12. Mystic Theurge
So the only problem I found with this build is you dont get 2nd level spells until 6th level. This might be my build I drop my rewards for DMing in.
Still trying to decide my last two feats. At level one this character has DC 18 Charm Persons.

Crossblooded is a pretty weak archetype. The cost to spells is way too much so I'd nilch that. Is it truly necessary to have an imp? I know he's great for delivering touch spells but you won't be doing that as an enchanter. Plus it's hurting you yet another level in both spell casting classes (if you decide to take two levels for diabolist). You could try tattooed sorcerer to grab a familiar and mage's tattoo (enchantment) instead. I third undead bloodline which works great with tattooed sorcerer because you replace the weak lvl 1 bloodline power with a familiar. Personally I choose a greenbloo scorpion for +4 initiative and pick up improved initiative and the reactionary trait at lvl 1. With a 14 Dex that's +12 Initiative where being able to act first as a caster is imperative.

I definitely disagree about the crossblood. The benefit for having both infernal (+2 charm) and serpentine (affecting beasts and animals) is just amazing.
I definitely like the idea of tattooed sorceror as it adds a lot and you lose almost nothing. That is a great idea.
As for Diabolist the big thing about the imp is it isnt a familiar. Its an animal companion with animal companion stats. Huge difference than a familar. Way better stats and combat ability. Using him for just touch spells would be a waste.
The second part about the diabolist is it lets me convert my damage spells to doing evil and lawful damage which bypasses most demons/outsiders immunities. Plus this makes them all +1 level due to Dark Magic Affinity.

The reroll ability as an immediate action from dual-cursed is powerful. You can make creatures reroll saves, or critical hits.
You can also use it on your allies!
If you aren't going to use any weapons, the blackened curse isn't too terrible. Don't forget many spells, such as rays, are counted as weapons though. The haunted curse isn't too bad if you don't store items you need in combat in your backpack. You can compensate for the lame curse with items to increase your move speed. The legalistic curse is the best in my opinion.
You can't use a page of spell knowledge to cast blistering invective unless you are a bard, inquisitor, or alchemist. (Or a samsaran, but they aren't PFS legal).
If you like summoning, Augment Summoning works for both the oracle and the sorcerer.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but your build does not meet the requirements of diabolist.
You have to actually cast 'lesser planar ally or lesser planar binding (or a similar spell)'. A scroll is not sufficient.
Although 'Roleplaying requirements for prestige classes (such as particular ceremonies or killing a devil) are waived in Pathfinder Society', this only waives the roleplaying required to have 'successfully coaxed the fiend into performing a task lasting longer than 1 day'.
