I'd buy it. I always saw them as somewhere between the goblins, bugbears, and the roman legions, and I've always wondered why they weren't more succesful in Golarion as a race. Their organized militaristic natures alone would seem to set them apart, from their goblinoid cousins who are more like raiders or Orc contemporaries that seem more tribal.
That would be awesome. Along with the orc, goblin, and kobold books we'd have all we need for an awesome monster campaign or AP even. :D
