I I have finished the first group of scenarios and started the first expansion pack and finished the first scenario of that. If I want to play through a scenario from the base over again, do I need to remove the 110 cards from burnt offerings or can I keep them in the decks?

You're supposed to play those base set scenarios without the expansion pack cards. If you don't want to switch back and forth, you can just play like normal, but if a card with a "1" in the corner comes up, switch it out for a different random card.
