There's no sequel that I know of, but there is this book in the works. Hopefully it'll give you the tools to kick some royal undead ass :)

Well, there are some modules that, while not sequels, are set in Kaidan:
Especially suited for a one-shot: Up from Darkness
Low level: Tolling of Tears
Adventure-location/mini-module:
Autumn Moon Bathhouse
All reviewed for your convenience. ;)
But yeah, I'm eagerly expecting the Campaign Setting and would love to see more Kaidan goodness...

I have seen 2 of those 4, but thanks for the new ones.
But those are all lower level than the finish of CotGS. I should have run those before (or during) the CotGS. I think they would be too difficult for me to bring them up to 9-10 level party.
Although I might look at Up from Darkness. It is the closest to level so might be easiest to rewrite encounters.

Hmm, depending on the sensibilities of your players (whether they're okay with a downer ending), you could have them try to get at the lords and fail - and then play Up from Darkness as a capstone, seeing their transformation into what they once fought. It requires the right type of players, but I think it would make for a memorable conclusion that...

Oh wow. I had not read enough on Up From Darkness to realize what it was actually about.
That sounds amazing! I think we are going to have to try that even though they won't be continuing with their original characters at this time.
After they do this, we can move on to something like the Ruby Phoenix Tournament.
Thanks for pointing this one out to me Endzeitgeist.

Well, Haiku of Horror: Autumn Moon Bath House is really a detailed adventure site with a built in complex encounter, more so than a full module, but the ghost and haunts have variable CRs going from CR 3 to CR 22 - so that isn't relegated to low level play only.
Plus, #30 Haunts to Kaidan, has more than haunts, including unique monsters (both undead and oni), and each haunt encounter comes with a ton of background information, making easy to build adventures around.
I think combining Autumn Moon Bath House and #30 Haunts to Kaidan, has enough material to build a small AP around.
Also the sample samurai town at the end of Way of the Samurai, and/or the sample village in the end of Way of the Yakuza, grants additional site locations to mix in with the above for more module building resources.
