Lem Burglar Question

Good evening I have just picked up the game and have read over the rules several times, and watched several play examples online but I am still confused on a few things. I am playing a practice game and now have a question.
I am playing the Brigandoom scenario and Lem is at the Wooden Bridge and just defeated the Bandit Henchman. Now I can try an close this location. I have in my hand a Burglar and want to use that card but I do not have the Stealth skill. Can I still use the Burglar but my Stealth for Lem be a 1d4 roll plus 1d10 for the Burglar card? Also can I also use Lem's Power to recharge a card and add an additional 1d4? Lastly I am doing two characters at once, can I have Seoni whom is at another location use a blessing of the gods to give me another die and would that die be a d4?

I appreciate your time in patience as I try learn this very interesting and so far remarkably fun game.

Yes, Lem can use the burglar for 1d4 + 1d10. This has been a source of ongoing debate around here, but I'm pretty sure that was the final answer.

No, he cannot recharge a card for an extra 1d4, because that power specifically says that it only works on other people's rolls, not his own.

Yes, Seoni can use a blessing to help Lem, even if he's at another location. That's actually in the rulebook, but it's a detail that's easily overlooked when you're first starting out.
