When exactly do "start of your turn" and "end of your turn" actions take place? Before or after flipping the blessings deck? Before or after resetting your hand? This is mostly for character powers.
Also, I'm assuming that "play any time" cards outside a check can be played during any step of your turn. I'm also assuming that steps can't be interrupted by other actions. So by this logic, if I draw a Cure or Detect Magic while resetting my hand, I still have to finish resetting my hand before using them, but I can then use them during the "End Your Turn" phase of my turn. In the case of the Cure, it doesn't matter so much, since I can just wait and play it on the next player's turn. But Detect Magic can only be used on your own turn, and I've always assumed that once you start resetting your hand, it's too late, but now I'm reconsidering that.
Personally, I never undestood why "End Your Turn" is even a separate step. I always thought it should just be the last sentence in the description of the "Reset Your Hand" phase instead. But now I'm thinking that it's because you do have the option of doing things after resetting your hand. So maybe that's when "end of turn" actions, like Harsk's scouting power, kick in. In which case, using cards that can happen at any time should also be legal in the "End Your Turn" phase.
I can only think of one situation where the start of your turn timing might matter - Lem's power and the blessing's deck. Depending on what the top card of the blessings discard pile is during his turn, he may want to use his power to switch a blessing in his hand for one in his discard pile. So that's why it might matter if he uses his power before or after advancing the blessings deck. I've always just assumed that flipping a blessing was always the first thing you do on your turn, so you don't forget to do it, and then other "start of your turn" actions kick in immediately after that.
I realize that these are incredibly nitpicky questions. I'm a very detail oriented person, so I notice minor details like these. But I'm also realistic enough to analyze whether or not it's worth caring. Honestly, I don't much care if Mike and Vic give us official answers to these, unlike some of the more important rulings we've seen so far. I just raised the questions because they're there, so I'm curious.
Until there are official answers, I'll play that flipping the blessings deck always comes first, in the hopes that the ritual will keep anyone from forgetting. This means that the corner case works out in Lem's favor, but how often will that actually matter? I'll also play that the "End Your Turn" phase exists specifically so you can still do things after resetting your hand, including character powers that take place at the end of your turn and playing cards that can be used at any time during your turn (Cure, Detect Magic, Detect Evil, Spyglass, etc).

I'm curious about this too, as we've been playing that you can use things like Cure and Father Zantus at the end of your turn if you just picked them up during hand reset, or during the start of another player's turn. Sometimes that cure is needed right away, and can't wait til the next player has already explored, etc.

In the case of those cards, you can definitely use them during the next player's turn, before they explore. In fact, you have the flexibility to use them before or after the next player moves, which is important, since Cure can only be used on someone at your location.
This question really matters for things like Detect Magic, which can only be played on your own turn. If you draw it while resetting your hand, can you play it that turn, or do you have to wait until next turn? Heck, can you play it before you finish resetting your hand, thus allowing you to draw an extra card this turn that you wouldn't have gotten otherwise? I'd lean towards "no" on that one - you probably need to finish resetting your hand before playing any cards, even if you can play the cards you just drew.
In the case of Harsk's end of turn scouting ability, it actually matters whether he does this before or after resetting his hand, because he might choose to discard or hold on to certain cards in hand based on what he finds, if he can scout before the reset hand phase.

Advance the Blessings Deck says "Before your turn, flip the top card from the blessings deck faceup onto the top of the blessings discard pile." So Lem's turn has not yet begun until after the blessings deck has been advanced.
End Your Turn is a real, important step that will come up a lot. Amiri, for example, cares a ton about moving at the end of her turn, which occurs after she resets her hand. Say she uses all her cards, and then moves to the Temple. Now she has cards in her hand, so she's going to have to lose one. Timing matters here.

Ok, so flipping the blessings deck always comes before anything else, and "end of your turn" powers take place during the "End Your Turn" phase, after resetting your hand. Gotcha. That's simple enough.
What about the question of using cards after you draw them? If you can take actions during the "End Your Turn" phase, after resetting your hand, then I'd assume any cards you drew while resetting your hand are fair game to play. Right? So Detect Magic can be played during the "End Your Turn" phase?
And if you can play those newly drawn cards, does that let you simulate actions that you could have taken without those cards earlier in your turn? For instance, if I draw an ally that lets me explore again, can I discard to explore during my "End Your Turn" phase? Or do all explorations have to take place during the "Explore" phase, even if they're caused by playing a card instead of just your one free explore per turn?

A totally reasonable question.
From the FAQ:
Can I play cards while I reset my hand?
No.
Resolution: On page 9, under "Reset Your Hand," replace the first sentence with the following:
"You may no longer play any cards this turn, but you may discard any number of cards from your hand."
