Looking forward to going to Conception Con in Glen Ellyn, IL this weekend (2 days away) and trying to figure out what I can play and what I can't.
My favorite character is my L2 Ninja which needs one more xp to be L3.
My problem is that I had hoped it would be L3 before now. I signed up to play the ninja at the con for a L3-L7 tier.
So my options are to risk playing the L3 game with other characters that range from 3-7 (and one Magus unlisted) or play another scenario that I've already played and credited to another character?
So that's my question... play my sneaky, ki-using for invisibility purposes ninja to survive the tier, or should I play it safe and just play the lower game again?
Am I allowed to play the same scenarios with different characters?

No, you wont be able to play the same scenario that you have already received a chronicle for even with a different character. Online games are happening all the time and could potentially be a great way to get that last chronicle you need, though.
You can choose to play a pregenerated character in the 3-7 game if your character isnt able to make it in tier (or if you do make it but it plays at the 6-7 subtier and you dont want to play your fresh level 3)
Yeah, I really don't want to play a pregen to credit my character later. I've already done that with my Ninja in the Faction Follies which was the end of the Lantern Lodge and Shadow (which my ninja was a member of) Lodge. Which was tier 3-4, so when the ninja gets to L3, needs one more XP for L4.
I think I'll stick to my guns and play L2 so he gets to L3, then the next game I'm in, he'll be L4... then the final game on Saturday have L4 and 1 xp

If the game is tier 3 to 7, you can't play a level 2 character for this scenario because he is outside of tier range.
Also remember, your ninja will not get the Shadow Lodge boon because you played it with a pre-gen

Damn, now I want to cry. It's not my fault that I came to PFS to late and they stopped having the faction my ninja would be in.
Ah well, I should still get XP, the gold and +2 in sense motive vs current and retired pathfinders... applied to the character I want, in this case the stated ninja.
