Kingdom Building Rules : Missing buildings?

I was working out a town using this rules, but when I went to look up the stats for a Brothel, it's listed as giving discounts to other things, but appears to lack an entry of it's own? Did it show up in a book and not make it to the SRD?

The Stables also appear to be missing.

For the brothel it was renamed Dance Hall at the very last moment. Stables on the other hand can be found on page 219 for Kingdom building rules and for normal buildings on pg 112.
