Any good Co-op fantasy games out there?

Me and my roommate are looking for good fantasy themed games for the Xbox 360. We'd like something to play co-op for the rare nights when we are both in the apartment at the same time. I am, of course, cognizant of Diablo 3 and will likely pick it up once the price drops a bit but are there any other good ones out there?

Dunegon Defenders and Castle Crashers are both good, kinda bite size-ish fantasy co-op games.

I was disappointed in Diablo 3. Its a really beautiful game but its gameplay leaves a lot to be desired. Story is nothing special and boss fights are lackluster. Not sure if I have changed tastes away from those style games or was simply unimpressed.

I remember loving Baldurs gate (console versions) and especially champions of Norrath. There is a cheap downloadable game on PS called Dungeon hunter alliance. Its like 5 dollars and I thought it was a baby step behind Diablo 3. Not sure if you can get it on xbox or not. I think the golden age of hack n slash console games might be behind us.

I really wish they would make games like Skyrim and Mass Effect multiplayer and I dont mean death arenas co-op or otherwise. I have several friends who wont play PC anymore so the only chance I have to co-op with them is if its on console. We tired ages ago of FPS so there is not a lot of choice out there.

Don't know of any for the X-Box, but Magica is an amasing Zelda 4 Swords style game with more accidental killing of your allies. You can get it off steam fairly cheap.

If it's just for carnage, try Dungeon Siege 3. My friend and I enjoyed running amok killing things and it gave us enough challenge to be worthwhile.

I'll echo Dungeon Siege 3. Good times. Each character option has a very distinct feel, but they're all very playable with some interesting talent trees.

I admit that I, despite its bad to mediocre reviews, am quite fond of 'Hunted: The Demons Forge', especially the later dungeon parts.

Dungeon siege 3 was another really disappointing game for me. It didn't have the fun bits in it that the first two games did. Unless you can get it for dirt cheap I would not recommend.

Well, if you're looking for a Diablo style game there is, of course, Torchlight 2, which is really good. Or Path of Exile, currently in beta, which is free to play and very good.

Diablo 3 is coming up as well, but isn't yet released, so doesn't appear on the list.

Dungeon Hunter: Alliance, Magicka, Torchlight II, and Path of Exile are also good games that fit the genre, but aren't on XBox 360.
