Dwarven Blast Wizard

Yeah, I know it's not optimized. But a group member is still locked on the 2E belief that Dwarves don't do magic. So I'm rolling up something to show him otherwise. Any thoughts for a 20 point build? I was thinking Primalist with Admixture school.

Spells Focused on crowed control. Start with 18 in Con, and Int.

I've got a decent (non minmaxed) stat distribution (20 pts):

Str: 10 Dex: 12 Con: 16 Int:17 Wis: 12 Cha: 8
