1. What books are legal without buying the PDFs?

2. What books have a lot of useful content for Society?

I'm trying to avoid books that have little content that cost $5~$10.

Let me restate that: Is APG legal without buying it? I planned on buying APG and SoS for ioun stones but beyond that I don't really know what I "need".
