Inquisitor's Outflank

Since I have it (outflank) but my buddy does not, do I get an AOO if he crits, or does he get an AOO if I crit?

Only the Inquisitor benefits from the teamwork feats.

no, I get that, but wanted to make sure the benefit is my getting a AOO if the other guy gets a crit.

I suppose you could argue that the benefit might be the other guy getting the AOO if I crit- since I'd be the active person at that moment.

Solo Tactics (Ex):

At 3rd level, all of the inquisitor’s allies are treated as if they possessed the same teamwork feats as the inquisitor for the purpose of determining whether the inquisitor receives a bonus from her teamwork feats. Her allies do not receive any bonuses from these feats unless they actually possess the feats themselves. The allies’ positioning and actions must still meet the prerequisites listed in the teamwork feat for the inquisitor to receive the listed bonus.

As long as the prerequisites are meet you benefit from the teamwork feat.
