Free Actions while Moving / Charging

Rules Questions

1.) Can I take non-reactive free actions during a movement/charge?

Clearly I can take swift/free actions during move action/charge that are reactive (such as Panther Parry/style against an opponent who attacks me as I charge past their square). But I don't know about actions such as using "Stand Up" (Rogue Talent).

2.) If I use "Stand Up" during a charge after being tripped, can I continue the charge?

3.) Can I go prone as a free action during a charge, then stand up using "Stand Up" (Rogue Talent) as a free action, then continue the charge?

1. Yes. As evidence it states that you can draw your weapon "as a free action as part of a move" so long as you have BAB +1. This is an example of a non-reactive free action taken during a move.

2. So the situation is you charge, and an opponent, say with reach- interrupts your charge with a trip attack? You can't attack him now because you're not in reach so you wish to use Stand Up as a free action and continue the charge? Not sure about this one, I would rule that no you can not do that. Charge says "nothing can hinder your movement" , while granted it isn't referring to this situation specifically, I'd say it qualifies.

3. I'd say this is now a moot point?

Does completing a move action have the "nothing can hinder your movement" clause?

And yes, part of this is maximizing attacks of opportunity dealt to me.
