Building a DROW NOBLE Ninja!!! High points 7th lvl and 33K gold

Advice

So I got the chance to build a Drow Noble and I chose ninja. I'm not sure how I want to build him and I'm looking for advice? I was thinking TWF but I'm open to other ideas? I want to do maximum damage with my sneak attacks. And I'm going chaotic evil and I really kinda want a Ridick (chronicles of ridick) style attitude with the skills to back it up!
I kinda want to make him one of those really well built damage dealers guys and at the same time maybe have some tricks up my sleeve just to have fun and mess with people just be sooo stealthy that I slip weird things into people's pockets wile there sleeping just too get that wtf lol. But I also let's them know how close I can get to them without them knowing ;)

So here are my rolled stats
Drow noble stats are
16. I'm thinking dex. Dex +4
14. Cha. Cha +2
14. Con. Con -2
13. Str. Str 0
12. Wis. Wis +2
11. Int. Int +2

So with the Drow Noble stats it will be

20. Dex
16. Cha
12. Con
13+1=14 Str. With my +1 here
14. Wis
13. Int

I've got 33,000 gold to spend on armor and weapons and so forth so I want BADASS weapon/weapons and BADASS armor!!! Maybe a few fun nick Mack's here and there :)

Feat suggestions?

Weapons and armor?

Oh and it there an item such as goggles that will fix the light sensitivity trait?

You're playing a 41RP race, what is there to optimize?

What do u mean? Everything is still there to optimize? Lol that's the whole point of optimization is to make the good really good lol

Ok mostly I guess I just need help with a lil flare for character. Like special weapon abilities and special wonderus items

I found a few like sheath of stealth and blade of doubling and I believe it was called dancing blade... Things like that

Sovereign Court

These will fix your light sensitivity, but are quite expensive for your level. Even when you have 12k sitting around, it may be better to find a way to spend it getting an additional +1 to hit. That will provide a wash when you are in bright light, and will still provide a bonus when in any other lighting condition.

As for the other poster's comment. He is pointing out that the Drow Noble race is so much better than any other race, you are going to be more optimal no matter what you do. That kind of removes most peoples motivation to help you out with an interesting or creative concept since you already have a demigod.

TWF is usually the way to go to land the most sneak attacks in one round. deeper darkness + dancing lights = Concealment when not dealing with monsters with darkvision or tremorsense take the shadow clone ninja trick and it's going to be pretty hard for anyone to actually land a hit on you. If you find out that something does have darkvision and you are in a situation that you need to get away, you disperse the Dancing Lights and you slink away. Of course both you and your attackers would then be blind, but it's easier for you to run away blind then for them to follow you and land attacks on you blind. With featherfall and Levitate at will, you could attack a group of guards, cast deeper darkness, run off a cliff and cast levitate while making plenty of noise to make sure that they follow you and then proceed to hear their screams as they fall to their deaths.

*Edit* You might be able to pursue the blind-fight feat tree, but I have no experience of how useful that is. There are several other feats dealing with concealment, but if I was a noble drow ninja, concealment would be my focus, though I'm not sure how many creatures can actually counter that.

We'll that's just it I am playing with other Demi God PCs. I guess I should have explained that earlier.

The campaign I'm playing in is a home brewed world using the new kingdom building! There are 11 of us playing currently there started 12 lol I know it's alot but when you make your PC we have to roll a 5% chance of being a Demi god or having the bloodline too become one. (You have to meet certain requirements to find out that you can ascend to being a Demi god) 3 of us wound up hitting that 5%!!!! 2/3 already know they are part god and the other hasn't found out yet... And not ALL races can become Demi gods.... Drow happen too be one of those races. That's y my DM has allowed me and one other to play Drow Nobles so I am playing beside Demi gods. Oh and I'm also having to start a lvl behind everyone else. My first character died so this is my new one.
