Hi all and thanks for the help.
We have a question about the rewards obtained for a characters that are level 3 or 4.
What they obtain? Only tier 3-4 items and gold? All items of tier 1-2 and 3-4 and the gold for 3-4?
Many people says that they obtain all to his always available list, but many others says that only obtain the items of his tier.
Please can you help us.

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking...
If playing a tier 1-5 scenario at subtier 1-2:
PCs of level 1-2 get the subtier 1-2 gold and access to the subtier 1-2 items (subtier 4-5 items are crossed out)
PCs of level 3-5 get the out-of-subtier gold (average of 1-2 and 4-5) and access to the subtier 1-2 items (subtier 4-5 items are crossed out)
Does that answer your question?

The purchase and boon lists are specific to whichever sub-tier you played at (1-2, 3-4, 6-7, etc.). The gold you receive depends on your level and the sub-tier you played at. If you were level 1-2 playing 1-2, you receive the gold listed for that sub-tier. If you were 3-5 playing 1-2, you instead receive an amount equal to the average between the low and high sub-tiers.
If the scenario contained 3 sub-tiers (such as a 1-7), you were playing low sub-tier (1-2) with a level 3-5 character, you would get the average between the 1-2 and 3-4 sub-tiers, ignoring the 6-7 sub-tier altogether. If you were playing the 3-4 sub-tier as a level 5-7 (or playing 6-7 as a level 3-5), you'd get the average between 3-4 and 6-7.
The GM should cross off gear/boon lists from sub-tiers other than the one played from the chronicle sheet, marking them as unavailable.

Whenever playing a scenario all that you receive is the tier gold. The items on the chronicle are available always for purchase, but only if you played that tier. You may purchase items of lower sub-tier if you played the higher sub-tier. If the chronicle has a boon you get the boon only if you meet the requirements for it or if you GMed the scenario.

Where can i see this in the Guide?
The chronicle sheets for Season 5 have made this 100% clear. The first subtier's items say "All subtiers" now, and the higher subtier says the Tier numbers. So a 1-5 chronicle sheet says "All Subtiers" in the first set of items, and the second set of items says "Subtier 4-5"

From the section about filling out chronicle sheets.
Step 7: Cross out any treasure items the party didn’t find in the scenario and mark any special boons the players did or did not earn (U); additionally, if you’re running the lower subtier, always cross out all of the items listed for the higher subtier. Return the Chronicle sheet to the player.
So if you run the higher tier, you don't cross off the lower tier (just the items they didn't find).
